Additionally, this may be configured per ship-to address.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Blanked order forecast<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It is now possible to import a forecast for a blanket order into a dedicated table. Imported forecast may be included in the standard Business Central demand forecast table directly from dedicated SmartTrade table.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Supply Chain<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Improved availability and date calculations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Requested Cargo Readiness Date (CRD) is now derived from the Expected Receipt Date (ERD), taking production time, transport lead time, and inbound handling time into account.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Caption translation<\/strong><strong> in Dutch<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Transport type captions departure, arrival, and combined transport have been added.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Partial purchase receipts confirmation request<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When receiving a lower quantity than originally ordered, confirmation is requested. Message text of this request is extended with order number and line quantity.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Production and assembly<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Production orders included in availability calculations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Production orders are now included in availability calculations, providing a more complete and realistic view of future inventory positions in Business Central.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Inventory Availability<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Planning horizon<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A configurable horizon end date can be defined to limit availability calculations where required.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-IA1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"856\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-IA2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"211\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Item availability symbols<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Availability symbols may be added across multiple pages, including the item overview. Symbols are configurable in SmartTrade setup Item Availability Calculation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-IA3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"889\" height=\"373\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-IA4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"372\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Visual aid in lot number availability issue<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In attempt to reserve a lot number exceeding the available lot quantity, lines with the same lot numbers are marked as issue line until a choice is made to which line takes precedence.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Lot status handling on blanket orders<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Function was added to reserve lots on blanket purchase orders and blanket sales orders. Reserved quantities are displayed in lot availability.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Traceability<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Batch processing for lot status and ERD updates<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A new codeunit has been introduced to recalculate lot status and ERD as a job queue entry.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Quantity reduction with single tracking line<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>It is made possible to adjust line quantities on sales, purchase and assembly documents with tracking enabled, provided there is only a single lot number assigned. This setting is configurable per user in User Setup page by a checkbox under header <em>Sync Single Line Tracking<\/em>.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Cost calculation<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Calculation fact box added information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In the factbox of cost calculations, cost per Consumer Unit (CU) including sales cost are added.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-CC1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"525\" height=\"940\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Reporting<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Calculation fact box added information<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In the factbox of cost calculations, cost per Consumer Unit (CU) including sales cost are added.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q4-R1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"97\" \/><\/p>\n\t<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h2>Problems solved<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>General<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Transfer order partial receipts<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>An issue has been resolved where transfer orders did not correctly copy container information when creating a partial receipt.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Corrected lot availability display<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In some cases, purchase lines were displayed more than once in lot availability.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Expected purchase receipt date updates fixed<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In some cases, entry of Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) or CRD did not force recalculation of ERD field in the purchase header.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Consistent terminology for customs transit<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Inconsistent use of the terms &#8220;customs&#8221; and &#8220;transit&#8221; in Dutch have been corrected. The system now consistently uses &#8220;transit&#8221; terminology throughout SmartTrade.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>VAT number no longer copied correctly<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>An issue has been resolved where VAT numbers were no longer copied correctly since early June 2025. SmartTrade update released mid October restored VAT numbers on the VAT entries retrospectively.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sales data captions translated<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Several sales-related screens still displayed English captions. These captions have now received a Dutch translation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Drill-down from transport orders to related documents<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Document attachment drill-down from transport orders was displaying incorrectly documents under certain conditions. The system now consistently navigates to the correct related documents.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Sales<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ship-to address list appears when creating sales credit note<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fixed instances where the ship-to address selection logic was triggered during Sales credit memo creation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Purchase prices per consumer unit corrected<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>An issue has been resolved where direct unit cost per CU was not updated correctly.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Lot numbers added to purchase quotations<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When converting a purchase quote to a purchase order and an item with tracking enabled was included, a tracking line was created but lot did not become visible on the purchase line.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sales quotes without ship-to address<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>In case a customer did not have any delivery address assigned, delivery address of a newly created sales quote was placed under custom shipping address.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ship-to country\/region code<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>An issue has been resolved where the ship-to country\/region code was not updated correctly in sales order lines in all cases.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Item ledger CU quantity field calculation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>During sales document posting, the consumer unit quantity field was not correctly populated on the item ledger entry. This has now been fixed.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Supply Chain<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Purchase orders from contracts corrected<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Instances where a purchase contracts without a cost calculation was used to create a purchase order, an error was displayed referring to weight. This was resolved.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Transport order status and colouring corrected<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When changing status of a transport order, configured colour of corresponding status was not inherited.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Shipping cost calculation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When an order was created from a blanket order was incorrect in certain cases. Incorrect inheritance of item volume value was causing incorrect results in shipping cost calculation.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Duplicate freight forwarder captions<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Corrected identical captions in Dutch translation of shipping cost and shipping charges for freight forwarders.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Posted purchase lines without container number<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When posting purchase orders via a transport order, posted purchase lines were created without a container number. This issue has been resolved.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Transfer order lines missing on creation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Function <em>Add Purchase Lines<\/em> on transport orders failed to retrieve purchase lines. This caused transfer lines not being created by using function <em>Create Transfer Order<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Purchase contract quantity not visible in lot availability<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>This was corrected.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>EDI<\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Special character handling in EDI messages<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>EDI processing failures caused by special characters in invoice line descriptions have been resolved.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EDI validation for ship-to address<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Shipping address was requested when creating an EDI order, which conflicted with fundamental EDI process.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>EDI framework validation corrected<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Validation within the EDI framework was not functioning correctly.<\/p>\n<h2>Recommended links<\/h2>\n\t<p><a
