Options identical to sorting options in page &#8216;SmartTrade setup&#8217; are available in page &#8216;User Setup&#8217;.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Item template expansion<\/h5>\n<p>Item templates are now able to save and transfer SmartTrade custom fields to newly created items.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-G1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"174\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Finance<\/h3>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Item ledger Consumer Unit (CU)<\/h5>\n<p>Addition of item ledger entries list page columns showing values per consumer unit. Following columns are added:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Costprice per cons.uom (expected).<\/li>\n<li>Costprice per cons.uom (actual).<\/li>\n<li>Salesprice per cons.uom.<\/li>\n<li>Cons. UOM definition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Sales<\/h3>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Automatic Selection of Alternative Shipping Address<\/h5>\n<p>When creating a sales order, selection of &#8216;alternate shipping address&#8217; in the dropdown of field &#8216;Ship-to&#8217;, will trigger automatically opening a selection window &#8216;Ship-to Address List&#8217;. All delivery addresses are displayed as options insert in the sales order. In case only one shipping address exists for customer, shipping address is selected automatically.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-S1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"373\" height=\"148\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Contact card sales region<\/h5>\n<p>The sales region added to contact card will automatically be copied to related customer and related sales orders and sales lines.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Order confirmation to order recipient<\/h5>\n<p>Setting added to redirect order confirmation delivery to order recipient instead of billed party, or both. Confirmation used to be sent to invoice address by default.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">&#8216;SmartTrade Sales Lines&#8217; showing CU quantity<\/h5>\n<p>Added column &#8216;Cons uom qty.&#8217; containing quantity measured in consumer unit of measure to page &#8216;SmartTrade Sales Lines&#8217; list view.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Opportunities unit of measurement<\/h5>\n<p>Default unit of measurement in opportunities changed to CU.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Supply Chain<\/h3>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Purchasing &amp; Planning<\/h5>\n<p>Field &#8216;Planned shipments&#8217; removed from the purchase blanket order header and is now available on the line level.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Tracking entry item quantity changed by purchase order (PO)<\/h5>\n<p>Changing PO line quantity for items with active tracking will automatically have tracking entry quantity changed by PO.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Option to make Expected Receipt Date (ERD) mandatory<\/h5>\n<p>ERD can be made mandatory based on order type. ERD filled at line level is accepted as well. &#8216;SmartTrade Order Types&#8217; contains a tick box to control this setting.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-SC1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"136\" \/><\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Posting purchase receipt from transport order<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Added possibility to post purchase receipts directly from transport orders.<\/li>\n<li>It is now possible to post separate purchase orders directly from a transport order. Separate line posting is supported as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Customs clearance file name customization<\/h5>\n<p>Page &#8216;SmartTrade Report Settings&#8217; contains a new settings for configuring how the customs clearance document is named when saved as PDF.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Item lead time substitute when no value<\/h5>\n<p>In case an item does not have a lead time value, lead time of vendor card is used. Before this change, 0 was the default substitute if item card lead time field was left blank.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Obsolete field prepared for deletion<\/h5>\n<p>Obsolete field &#8216;Planned Shipments&#8217; in blanket sales order header is prepared for deletion. This is now arranged on line level. Future update by Microsoft will remove this field entirely.<\/p>\n<h5 id=\"Reason_code_mandatory\">Vendor\/customer information transferred to transport order<\/h5>\n<p>Vendor or customer information is transferred to transport orders for easy access.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Production and assembly<\/h3>\n<h5>Assembly from Purchase Order with Automatic Lot Assignment<\/h5>\n<p>When triggering assembly directly from a purchase order, the system now automatically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Creates a lot number.<\/li>\n<li>Assigns it to the new assembly order, if the item requires item tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Assembly order creation from PO card<\/h5>\n<p>Function added to create an assembly order directly from purchase order. This can be done on line level per item, or it is possible to create multiple assembly orders on header level for multiple items.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-PA1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"265\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Automatic lot number creation for assembly orders<\/h5>\n<p>Tracking lines are assigned automatically upon creating assembly order lines. Similar to how item tracking in sales order line creation behaves.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Inventory availability<\/h3>\n<h5>CU-Based list view<\/h5>\n<p>New list view with name &#8216;SmartTrade Item CU List&#8217; added, displaying quantities in CU. From this view it is possible to enter the item card similar to other list views.<\/p>\n<h5>Item list view quantities link to availability<\/h5>\n<p>In item list view, quantities of columns &#8216;Free on inventory&#8217; and &#8216;Free for sales&#8217; are now designed as links to availability screens. Distinction is made between 2 separate cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Items with lot tracing: redirection to lot availability.<\/li>\n<li>Items without lot tracing: redirection to general availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Item CU list availability displaying Bill of Material (BOM) components<\/h5>\n<p>Availability of BOM is added to page &#8216;SmartTrade Item CU List&#8217;. This overview used to display availability of the assembled item, without including availability of related components.<\/p>\n<h5>Feature to exclude irrelevant lot availability information<\/h5>\n<p>New feature is added providing a cleaner overview of active lot number. Inactive lots are excluded from the list. Activity triggers for being shown in lot availability are purchase, sale or stock among others. Feature can be activated in page Feature Management.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Traceability<\/h3>\n<h5>Lot Number and Availability Enhancements<\/h5>\n<p>From the lot number card, it is now possible to view all related posted purchase invoice lines.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"176\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Lot availability screen displayed information change<\/h5>\n<p>Lot availability screen now includes all lots, which includes partially reserved lots. Completely reserved lots were logically excluded from lot availability screen.<\/p>\n<h5>Shortcut introduction: ALT+L Lot information list<\/h5>\n<p>ALT+L shortcut will respond on several screen to generate an overview of all lotnumbers of selected item. Prerequisite for this function to work is to have an item selected.<\/p>\n<h5>Lot status<\/h5>\n<p>Introduction of lot number status, set to be updated periodically. If no transactions or inventory is available, set status to inactive.<\/p>\n<h5>Automatic item lot allocation<\/h5>\n<p>If item is set to active lot tracing, lots are automatically generated and assigned.<\/p>\n<h5>Buttons added to order screens for allocating lots.<\/h5>\n<p>Functions added to assign lots from inventory directly from order screens.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"105\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Item reservation list showing lot numbers<\/h5>\n<p>Changed view from item availability to item lot availability.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"54\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Expected receipt date added to lot availability<\/h5>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"54\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Availability fields added to Lot No Information List<\/h5>\n<p>Fields &#8216;Free on inventory&#8217; and &#8216;Free for sales&#8217; are added to item lot list and item card.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T5.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"111\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>Editable lot number fields in order lines<\/h5>\n<p>Field &#8216;Lot\/Serial No.&#8217; is made editable similar to how this works in the sales order line. Changing lots on sales lines automatically results in adjustment of item tracking entries.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-T6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"175\" \/><\/p>\n<h5>CTRL+L shortcut response adjustment<\/h5>\n<p>Availability window will not be shown by pressing CTRL+L in case no lot is assigned to the item.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Quality<\/h3>\n<h5>Improvements related to item expiration dates<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration of expiration date extensions.<\/li>\n<li>Limit to maximum allowed expiration date extensions.<\/li>\n<li>Expiration date extension counter added and updated on every extension.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-Q1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"602\" height=\"182\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>EDI<\/h3>\n<h5>Control over EDI on customer level<\/h5>\n<p>Customer card contains a switch to direct all orders through EDI, or turn it off entirely.<\/p>\n<h5>EDI functional enhancements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Changing invoicing method after receipt of EDI message.<\/li>\n<li>Retrieving EDI messages through job queues.<\/li>\n<li>Making reservations through EDI.<\/li>\n<li>Importing messages without EDI lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>EDI technical enhancements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>IMD Segment: Item description, gross price, and discount are now sent in separate fields within the PRI-AAB segment.<\/li>\n<li>ORDRSP Handling: If a second release is done on the same order, any unsent earlier ORDRSP message is automatically canceled.<\/li>\n<li>UNH Segment Correction: Replaces an incorrect envelope number with the expected sequential value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Cost calculation<\/h3>\n<h5>Landed Cost Calculation on Item Card<\/h5>\n<p>Added field &#8216;Calculated Cost (lcy)&#8217; shows the total cost (direct + indirect) for each item, based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct cost: purchase price.<\/li>\n<li>Indirect cost: Additional charges like duties, freight, from vendor\/country-specific cost templates. If no template is found, the system defaults to standard costs. This value is visible on the item card under Fasttab &#8216;Costs &amp; Posting&#8217;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/help.hbsoftware365.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025-Q2-C1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"406\" height=\"668\" \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p><strong>Tips<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please check your user settings table to see whether new settings have been added which apply your needs to shield things like cost prices for certain users or prevent users can override planning lines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\t<h2>Problems solved<\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>General<\/h3>\n<h5>Report call<\/h5>\n<p>Contact code character limit was causing issues when calling for a report related to a customer connected to more than 3 contacts.<\/p>\n<h5>Email issue<\/h5>\n<p>When emailing a document with more than three contacts specified, an error could potentially occur related to the length of a filter.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Supply Chain<\/h3>\n<h5>Supply Chain related corrections<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Issue with manual planning entries in blanket purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Error occurring when a new transport order is added to a purchase order.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed error when creating a new purchase order.<\/li>\n<li>Call-off from blanket order did not completely update order lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Production and assembly<\/h3>\n<h5>Master data status and assembly order components<\/h5>\n<p>Master data status setting &#8216;Assembly Orders Allowed&#8217; did not prevent items being added to assembly orders as components.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Inventory availability<\/h3>\n<h5>Alignment of location settings with Factbox item availability<\/h5>\n<p>If the option &#8216;Hide in availability&#8217; is set to active, this information is now hidden from Factboxes as well.<\/p>\n<h5>Show availability per event.<\/h5>\n<p>Correction applied for availability per event, filter settings from the sales side were obstructing visibility of items purchased and in transit.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Traceability<\/h3>\n<h5>Tracing line automatic alignment with order line<\/h5>\n<p>Fix applied for error upon changing order line quantity of item with active lot tracing. \/>\n<h3>EDI<\/h3>\n<h5>EDI related corrections<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Delivery date was not passed through correctly from EDI to Sales orders.<\/li>\n<li>EDI cleaning routine filtered incorrect, resulting in less effective cleaning procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Loosened unnecessarily strict EDI-check.<\/li>\n<li>Passing on of ORDERRSP from EDI order to EDI sender.<\/li>\n<li>Error in EDI UNH segment content.<\/li>\n<li>Fixed lead time transfer from EDI message to order.<\/li>\n<li>Batch import of multiple EDI message.<\/li>\n<li>When assigning a single lot number, the lot
