SmartTrade Page
In this chapter we describe some of the pages SmartTrade adds to Business Central which makes life easy in working with SmartTrade.
Tip
The SmartTrade pages offer a great base to save views from for several purposes. The saved views can be added to the Role center for a specific role to quickly have relevant information in place.
Note
The SmartTrade pages in basic show a lot of information which not always is relevant to your situation. That's why they always need to be personalized to fit your need.
SmartTrade Sales / Purchase Lines
SmartTrade Sales Lines
This page offers an overview about all active sales lines. By default it shows all document types like Order, Blanket Order, Quote, etc.
Use the Tell me what you want to do function (Ctrl + Q) searching for SmartTrade Sales Lines and click related link.
Interesting information might be for Blanket Orders the page shows the remaining quantity which also considers Outstanding quantities on sales orders which is information the default Business Central pages do not show.
Also the translation of the Requested Delivery Date into a Shipment week might be interesting.
In the factbox section this page shows information about order promising coming form the SmartTrade Advanced Planning module. Also information from the SmartTrade Transport and Availability functionality are shown here.
SmartTrade Purchase Lines
More or less the same like the Sales Lines variant.

This page also shows information about ETD, ETA coming from the Transport module and information about the Currency Coverage.
In the factbox section more information about the Cost Calculations for each line can be found.
SmartTrade Posted Sales / Purchase Invoice Lines
Use the Tell me what you want to do function (Ctrl + Q) searching for SmartTrade Posted Invoice Lines and click related link for Sales or Purchase.
These pages doe not offer any additional information or functionality but basic Business Central simply doe snot offer these overviews.
